About the role
The Clinical Manager supports Mental Health Professionals at Arisa Health, a leading nonprofit behavioral health provider in Arkansas. Responsibilities include providing daily clinical supervision and consultation both in-person and virtually.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily clinical supervision and consultation to Mental Health Professionals
- Support the needs of the business by altering duties as necessary
Requirements
- A master's degree in counseling or social work
- A current terminal Arkansas license (LPC or LCSW)
- At least two years of experience working with clients in a mental health setting
- Great organizational, time management, and computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with a treatment team model
- At least two years of management experience preferred

Pay
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Exempt (salaried); Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
