Clinical Manager - Brittonfield Primary Care

Responsibilities

• Affirms and monitors OSHA requirements for all CMP practices.
• Affirms and monitors Point of Care Testing for all CMP practices.
• Collaborates with Practice Managers/Clinical Managers to develop and maintain onboarding, training, and skills checks for all clinical staff.
• Collaborates with Practice Managers/Clinical Managers/Providers to address/create plans for new clinical services (establish procedures, ensure training, skills checks).
• Engages as an active member of the CMP Policy and Procedure Committee.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with Current NY Licensure.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in managing clinical staff and overseeing daily operations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of nursing policies and procedures.

Pay

$79,040.00 - $95,000.00 annually
