Clinical Manager - Brittonfield Primary Care

Position Description

Responsible for the day-to-day operations and activities of an outpatient office. Plans, develops, organizes, monitors and manages front office and clinical activities to improve patient care and access. Insures efficient utilization of resources. Provides leadership, supervision and motivation to all members of the staff. The Clinical Manager works collaboratively with all other staff to assist the patient and facilitate a successful interaction within the practice team.

Responsibilities

• Affirms and monitors OSHA requirements for all CMP practices
• Affirms and monitors point of care testing for all CMP practices
• Collaborates with Practice Managers/Clinical Managers to develop and maintain onboarding, training and skills checks for all clinical staff
• Collaborates with Practice Managers/Clinical Managers/Providers to address/create plans for new clinical services (establish procedures, ensure training, skills checks)
• Acts as an active member of the CMP Policy and Procedure Committee

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Current NY Licensure
• 5 or more years of leadership experience as a Registered Nurse
• Excellent Organizational/Communication Skills

Pay

$79,040.00 - $95,000.00
