Clinical Manager - Behavioral Health

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Clinical Manager of Behavioral Health to lead and support our behavioral health team, ensuring compassionate, high-quality, and accessible care. This role focuses on leadership, clinical supervision, assessment, treatment planning, crisis support, and compliance, requiring licensure, community clinic experience, and supervisory skills to enhance community health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership, supervision, and guidance to clinicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure effective role execution.
• Conducting behavioral health diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use concerns, developing tailored treatment plans.
• Supporting crisis services, including assessments and emergency response programs.
• Developing comprehensive, client-specific treatment plans.
• Participating in 24/7 call coverage alongside senior leadership as needed.
• Ensuring departmental compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Master’s degree in social work or clinical counseling from an accredited program.
• Ohio LISW or LPCC license.
• Experience as a counselor, preferably in community clinics.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
