About the role
The key responsibilities of a Home Health Clinical Manager include the management, supervision and coordination of clinical services to promote high quality outcomes. The Clinical Manager supervises an interdisciplinary team ensuring continuity of quality care in accordance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations, and physician orders. They are responsible for providing orientation, clinical guidance and performance related tasks.

- Provide orientation, clinical guidance and perform performance-related tasks.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist with a current Arkansas license.
- Three years of clinical experience.
- One year of Home Health/Hospice supervisory experience preferred.
Other Information
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
