Clinical Management Manager

We collaborate with healthcare executives, leaders, and boards to help organizations innovate, transform, and enhance their operational effectiveness. Our work spans across strategy, operations, clinical optimization, regulatory compliance, and technological advancement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions
• Drive measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization
• Partner with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence-based pathways and workforce models
• Travel as needed, could be up to 80%

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement
• Bachelor's Degree
• Prior experience with prior authorization, throughput optimization, or EHR-enabled workflow redesign (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
• Ability to translate clinical strategy into operational execution

Qualifications

Pay
