About the Role

The Clinical Nurse Leader (RN) serves as a clinical expert and key leader within the unit, driving excellence in patient care, staff development, and evidence-based practice. This role collaborates with nursing leadership to anticipate patient needs, improve outcomes, and enhance the patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise and lead care delivery initiatives.
• Analyze care trends and support operational decisions.
• Promote staff education and professional growth.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement by collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Drive quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Florida.
• Master of Science in Nursing (or actively enrolled in an MSN program).
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Ability to practice autonomously and influence care practice.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• National nursing certification required within 6 months.
