About the role

Serves as a clinical expert and leader on a designated unit, supporting patient care and services.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and analytical support to nursing leadership for planning and predicting patient care needs based on quality metrics, patient acuity, staff education, and satisfaction.
• Ensures excellence in nursing research, education, and practice, promoting patient advocacy and innovative care within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Florida
• Masters degree in Nursing required; consideration for those enrolled in MSN programs
• National nursing certification within six months of hire
• Minimum of two years in a clinical specialty
• Knowledge of patient outcomes management and evidence-based practice
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
