About the role

The Clinical Nurse Leader (RN) serves as a clinical expert and key leader within the unit, focusing on patient care excellence, staff development, and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical guidance
• Analyzing patient acuity and care trends
• Supporting operational and clinical decisions
• Leading quality improvement initiatives
• Addressing staff education needs
• Fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care coordination, safety, and patient satisfaction
• Promoting nursing research and innovation

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Florida
• MSN (or active enrollment)
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• National nursing certification required within 6 months of hire
