Clinical Lead
About the role
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. The Clinical Lead provides clinical direction for clinical staff at each designated site, conducts fidelity audits, scheduled clinical staffing, and unscheduled clinical consultation to ensure effective and efficient clinical programming and services in accordance with CBI policy, contractual, state and federal requirements, and ethical standards. The role also assists with implementation of initiatives related to integrated outpatient services and coordinates with internal partners for operational clinical optimization.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical direction for clinical staff at each designated site.
- Conduct periodic fidelity audits to ensure clinical staff maintain fidelity to approved evidence-based practices within each clinical program.
- Conduct scheduled clinical staffing and provide unscheduled clinical consultation to assigned clinical teams to offer guidance, direction, and ensure clinical programming and services address patient/participant and community needs.
- Assist with implementation of initiatives related to integrated outpatient services.
- Coordinate with internal partners and supervisors for operational clinical optimization.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience.
- Licensed at the Associate or Independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
- In good standing with the AZBBHE and meets requirements to provide clinical supervision toward licensure.
- Valid ID required.
- Holds AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
