Delivering clinical trial projects by ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contractual requirements. Overseeing clinical teams, managing project finances, mitigating risks, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders throughout the trial lifecycle. Responsibilities Include Ensuring clinical delivery aligns with regulatory, contractual, and internal compliance standards.Developing recruitment strategies and managing recruitment targets.Creating risk mitigation plans and monitoring clinical quality throughout the project.Managing project finances, including estimating at completion and handling scope changes.Leading and resourcing clinical teams, providing performance feedback, and supporting professional development. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a scientific discipline.Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical research or monitoring roles.Knowledge of project management practices and terminology.Strong understanding of GCP and ICH guidelines.Broad protocol and therapeutic area expertise.Understanding of clinical research industry operations and financial aspects.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
