Clinical Lead
Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse or Paramedic)
Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall is seeking a Clinical Lead for its complex care service. The role involves carrying out clinical assessments and reviews, writing, monitoring, and developing care plans and risk assessments, assessing and signing off staff clinical competencies, delivering training, and leading on clinical governance, safeguarding, and CQC compliance.

About the role

Responsibilities
- Carry out clinical assessments and reviews with customers at home

Requirements
- Active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse, or active HCPC registration as a Paramedic
- At least three years' post-registration clinical experience, from any setting
- Confident, autonomous clinical decision making
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Qualifications
- Experience of complex care
- Experience of community or home-based care
- Experience of supervising, mentoring, or leading a team
- Experience of competency assessment or teaching
Skills
- Experience of clinical leadership
