Role: A Technologist responsible for performing routine and complex laboratory procedures, ensuring specimen quality, and maintaining instrumentation to support diagnostic testing. Determine specimen acceptability based on established criteriaPerform and troubleshoot technical procedures following SOPsMonitor and maintain laboratory instrumentationMake technical decisions regarding testing and problem-solvingPrepare and evaluate reagents or controlsReport accurate test results promptly to support patient careConduct preventative maintenance and quality controlManage supplies and assist with specimen processingMaintain a safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical TechnologyMicrobiology MT FL State LicensePreferred: 3+ months of clinical lab testing experience, ASCP or AMT certification Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and in teams, computer proficiency, good organizational skills, physical ability to handle lab demands, and flexibility for shift changes.
