Clinical Laboratory Technologist - Hematology

About the role

We are seeking a Technologist to perform routine and complex laboratory procedures according to established SOPs, ensuring specimen acceptability and accurate test results.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot instrumentation
• Prepare reagents
• Perform quality control
• Maintain a safe work environment with proper PPE

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science field
• Hematology MT FL State License
• Ability to work independently
• Handle physical demands of the role
• Pass color blindness tests
• Flexibility for shifts and overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• Clinical testing experience
• ASCP or AMT certification
• Proficiency with laboratory information systems
• Strong attention to detail
