Clinical Laboratory Technologist - Hematology

We are seeking a Technologist to perform routine and complex laboratory procedures according to established SOPs, ensuring specimen acceptability and accurate test results. Responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting instrumentation, preparing reagents, performing quality control, and maintaining a safe work environment with proper PPE. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a Science field and a Hematology MT FL State License. Preferred skills are clinical testing experience, ASCP or AMT certification, proficiency with laboratory information systems, and strong attention to detail. Must be able to work independently, handle physical demands, and pass color blindness tests. Flexibility for shifts and overtime is required.
