Clinical Laboratory Technologist - Hematology

Responsibilities include evaluating specimen acceptability, operating and troubleshooting instrumentation, preparing reagents, reporting accurate results, and maintaining quality control and safety standards. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a Biological or Chemical science and Hematology MT State License. Preferred candidates have 3+ months of clinical testing experience and certifications like ASCP or AMT. Key skills involve proficiency with laboratory information systems, attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in teams.
