About the role
We are seeking a Technologist to perform routine and complex laboratory testing in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate specimen acceptability
- Operate and troubleshoot instrumentation
- Prepare reagents
- Report accurate results
- Maintain quality control and safety standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Biological or Chemical science
- Hematology MT State License
- Must pass a color blindness test
- Flexible with shifts and overtime
Qualifications (Preferred)
- 3+ months of clinical testing experience
- Certifications such as ASCP or AMT
Skills
- Proficiency with laboratory information systems
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication
- Ability to work independently or in teams
