Clinical Laboratory Technologist - Hematology

About the role

We are seeking a Technologist to perform routine and complex laboratory testing, ensuring specimen quality, troubleshooting instrumentation, and maintaining accurate results to support patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reagents and perform quality control
• Monitor and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
• Assist with specimen processing
• Maintain a safe work environment with proper PPE

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology
• Hematology MT State License
• Flexibility for shift work
• Physical capability to handle job demands

Qualifications

• More than 3 months of clinical testing experience (preferred)
• Certifications such as ASCP or AMT (preferred)
