Clinical Laboratory Technician - Core Lab

Job Summary

Will be responsible for providing assistance in performing laboratory testing, receiving and accessing specimens for testing, assisting with Quality Control and Preventive Maintenance procedures, communicating with clinicians and staff as necessary, using the Laboratory Information System, answering phone calls and inquiries, attending meetings and in-services as requested.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates degree in Science or related field (biology/chemistry) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to distinguish colors required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Work Days: 2:30 pm- 11:00 pm weekends and holidays on rotation
