About the role

Provides technical knowledge and supervision for clinical laboratory processes for WUCA Grant Medical & Diabetes Associates.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises daily operations and workflows of the laboratory to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Supervises and manages staff including, performance, schedules and workloads
  • Provides guidance and hands-on assistance with blood collection and related procedures as needed
  • Maintains a safe working environment and enforce proper use of PPE
  • Continuous collaboration with the laboratory director and practice manager

Requirements

  • Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
  • Certifications/Professional Licenses: No specific certification/professional license is required for this position.
  • Laboratory (5 Years)
