Clinical Laboratory Supervisor - Patient Services

Role: The Clinical Laboratory Supervisor oversees daily operations at a branch, ensuring accurate testing, regulatory compliance, and quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate test results.Train, mentor, and evaluate laboratory staff; provide coaching and developmental feedback.Monitor workflow, manage staffing across shifts, and maintain assay coverage.Investigate production errors, implement process improvements, and maintain Quality Assurance records.Ensure equipment maintenance, regulatory compliance, and handle administrative tasks including payroll. Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree in Chemical, Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology.Over 5 years of experience as a Laboratory Technologist or Technician.At least 2 years of experience in high complexity testing.Solid knowledge of CLIA, CAP, and state regulations.Proficiency with Laboratory Information Systems and Microsoft Office.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to pass a color blindness test.
