Responsibilities

• Performing diagnostic testing and quality control procedures
• Preparing reagents and reporting test results in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Reviewing and overseeing moderate to high-complexity testing
• Maintaining laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and supply inventory
• Monitoring computer applications related to laboratory operations
• Ensuring accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance in all testing activities
• Performing other duties as assigned in support of laboratory operations

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Preferred)
• Clinical laboratory experience (Required)
• Minimum of four (4) months of clinical laboratory experience (Preferred)
• Clinical Laboratory Scientist / Technologist State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Scientist License (Required)
