We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. We need to parse the job description. Key info: - Job Summary: "Prioritizes and performs a wide variety of clinical laboratory tests on various biological specimens. Reviews, evaluates, documents and reports results. Preserves confidentiality of patients and follows lab safety and maintenance protocols. Trains and supervises trainees, laboratory assistants and clerks as needed." That's responsibilities. - Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, biological sciences, chemical sciences or allied health technologies or equivalent: Required; Clinical laboratory experience: Preferred; Licenses/Certifications: Valid Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license in state of employment: Required in CA; Current certification from ASCP or NCA: Preferred. - Essential Functions: a long list of duties (specimen collection, testing, QC, documentation, etc). That's also responsibilities/duties. - Organizational Requirements: Vaccinations, E-Verify. - About Us: description of Adventist Health. - JOB INFO: Job Identification, Category, Posting Date, Job Shift, Locations, Assignment Category, Pay Range, Hiring Department, Shift Length. We need to include Pay and Schedule sections if they have real specific content. Pay Range: "$49.52 to $74.22". That's specific. So we need a Pay section. Schedule: "Job Shift: Variable Shift", "Shift Length: 8 Hours". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits: The posting mentions "a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions." That's vague; not specific details. According to rule: do NOT create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It states that a comprehensive benefits program is available, but no specifics. Might be considered not specific enough? The rule says: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state that a comprehensive benefits program is available. That is a statement about benefits, albeit vague. Should we include Benefits? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Benefits section would be thin (just that line). Might be better to omit Benefits because it's not specific detail. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state them (a comprehensive benefits program is available). So we could include Benefits with that line. However, they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be okay to include Benefits as a short paragraph. But also we have "About Us" which could map to "About the role"? Actually About Us is about the organization, not the role. The heading "About the role" is for role summary. We have Job Summary which could be About the role. So we can use

About the role

with the Job Summary paragraph. Responsibilities: Could combine Job Summary and Essential Functions? But we need to avoid duplication. The Essential Functions list is extensive duties. We could put Responsibilities section with those duties as
  • . The Job Summary could be a brief paragraph before list. Requirements: Education and Work Experience, Licenses/Certifications. Could be Requirements section. Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? But we can combine. Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe we can omit. Pay: Provide the pay range. Schedule: Provide shift variable and length. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from Essential Functions, Requirements, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

    Schedule

Job Shift: Variable Shift; Shift Length: 8 Hours.

We need to ensure we didn't repeat job title. No headings for Job ID etc. We included About Us section; but the instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. About Us is not in that list. However, we could map About Us to "About the role"? Actually About the role is for role summary. About Us is about the organization; maybe we could omit it because it's not required heading. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive list. But they say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Including About Us may be okay but it's not one of the example headings. However, they didn't forbid other headings; they just gave examples. Safer to stick to the given headings. We could incorporate About Us content into About the role? But About the role is about the role, not the organization. However we could add a brief paragraph about the organization under About the role? Might be mixing. Alternatively, we could create a section "About the organization" but not in list. The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g...). It doesn't say you cannot use other headings, but they gave examples. To be safe, we could omit About Us entirely, as it's not required for the job posting; but we must preserve ALL substantive information. The About Us paragraph is substantive info about the employer. If we omit it, we lose info. The rule says "Preserve ALL substantive information". So we need to include it somewhere. We could include it under a heading like "About the organization" but that's not in the list. However, the instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not an exhaustive list. So we can use other headings as needed, but we should prefer those examples. Using "About Us" is fine. Thus we keep About Us heading. Check for any other info: Job Identification, Category, Posting Date, Job Shift, Locations, Assignment Category, Hiring Department, Shift Length. Some of these are metadata; we already used Shift Length in Schedule. Job Shift variable shift also in Schedule. Location: Lodi, CA, United States. Assignment Category: Full-time regular. Hiring Department: Laboratory. Posting Date maybe not needed. Job Identification and Category maybe not needed. We should include location and assignment type and department somewhere. Could be in a "Job Details" section but not in headings list. Could add a short paragraph under About the role or after. But we must preserve all substantive info. Let's incorporate location, assignment type, department into a paragraph under About the role or a separate "Job Details" section. Since we have no heading for that, we could add a

after About the role. But we must not create thin sections. Adding a small paragraph with location, assignment type, department is okay. Let's add after About the role:

Location: Lodi, CA, United States. Assignment Category: Full-time regular. Hiring Department: Laboratory.

That preserves info. We also have Posting Date and Job ID; those are metadata minor; we can drop as per instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can drop them. Now check for any other info: "Job Summary" we used. "Essential Functions" we used as Responsibilities. "Organizational Requirements" we used as Organizational Requirements section (maybe we could rename to Requirements? But we already have Requirements for education/licenses. Organizational Requirements is about vaccinations
