Clinical Lab Technologist 3rd

Responsibilities

• Perform tests on body fluids to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Ensure proper handling of specimens for subsequent analysis.
• Organize work to prioritize testing efficiently.
• Operate under guiding behaviors, standards, and Core Values.
• May perform Charge Technologist duties if six (6) years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist are met.
• Assume operational functions including patient and QC review, log sheet review, emergency scheduling, communication with hospital officials, and leadership in laboratory operations.
• Handle and communicate effectively with infectious and hazardous materials.
• Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Focus on customer needs and expectations.

• Travel among CH sites may be necessary.
