Responsibilities

The Clinical Lab Scientist performs tasks as delegated by the Director, Manager, Lab Supervisor, or POC/LIS Coordinator in any area of the lab, including Point of Care (POC) testing and Lab Information Systems (LIS). Responsibilities may also include performing testing in Chemistry or other Clinical Laboratory departments as needed.

Requirements

  • CLS training in a USA program or, if foreign-trained, experience in a hospital-based laboratory located in the USA
  • Current California CLS License
  • BS/BA degree
  • 1-2 years of previous experience preferred
