Clinical Lab Assistant-Lab Services

Full-time position at Kettering Health Main Campus in Kettering, working evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-analytic processing of specimens
• Collects, accessions, labels, and distributes specimens including blood samples by venipuncture and capillary puncture in all patient areas
• Instructs patients in the collection of urine samples and tolerance tests in all patient areas
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and/or have a high school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred and/or graduation from a phlebotomy program
