Clinical Intern / Licensed Clinician - Outpatient - part time

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated IOP Clinician to join our team and provide direct mental health support to individuals in our community. Facilitate group therapyConduct comprehensive mental health assessments, formulate master treatment plans, and update interventions regularlyProvide active crisis intervention, safety planning, and de-escalation support when clients experience heightened emotional distressCollaborate with external referral sources, family members, probation/court systems (as applicable), and hospital discharge plannersMaintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) in accordance with regulatory and payer standardsComplete all reports for suspected abuse as legally mandated and consistently informs supervisorCreate appropriate discharge plans as needed for the patient's discharge. Schedule is Monday - Wednesday from 12:00pm - 8:30pm Requirements Master's degree in social work (MSW), Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field requiredActive, unencumbered Nevada State license required (LCSW, LMFT, LADC, LCPC or Board Approved Internship) requiredMinimum one (1) year of clinical experience in diagnosis, psychotherapy and assessment-based treatment planning preferredExperience facilitating clinical processing and psychoeducational groupsExperience with therapeutic limit-setting or an understanding of level systems or other behavior management modalities helpfulProficiency with electronic health records (EHR) Benefits Benefits are available the first of the month following 30 days of employment!
