Responsibilities
- Congduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions under supervision.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support treatment planning and progress.
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and clinical trainings.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency and ethical guidelines.
- Engage in weekly supervision to develop clinical skills and professional identity.
- Apply trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions with adolescent and young adult clients.
Qualifications
- Actively in master's program with a focus in behavioral sciences (Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Solid computer and internet application skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Experience in residential treatment or behavioral health is a plus.
