Clinical Intern

Responsibilities

• Congduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions under supervision.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support treatment planning and progress.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and clinical trainings.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in weekly supervision to develop clinical skills and professional identity.
• Apply trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions with adolescent and young adult clients.

Qualifications

• Actively in master's program with a focus in behavioral sciences (Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Solid computer and internet application skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Experience in residential treatment or behavioral health is a plus.
