Clinical Home Health Specialist

About the role

Become a part of our caring community. As a Clinical Home Health Specialist, you will call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services; building and maintaining referral source relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists.
• Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales.

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Nursing or the equivalent generally preferred.
• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison highly preferred.
• Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Skills

• Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.

Benefits

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana’s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $58,700 - $78,500 per year

This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
