Clinical Field Specialist
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to extract content. From posting: - Territory: Austin North (maybe metadata, not heading). Could be minor metadata folded into short
or drop. Probably include as a short paragraph. - The CFS will drive revenue growth... This is description of role. Could be "About the role" section. - Primary Responsibilities: list bullet points. - Qualifications: bullet list. - Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: bullet list. - The total on-target earnings (OTE) package includes... This is Pay section. - OUR OPPORTUNITY: description of company maybe not needed? Could be part of About the role? But we have "About the role" already. Could include as part of About the role. - What We Offer Competitive Benefits... This is Benefits section. - Natera is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer... that's boilerplate, remove. - Please be advised that Natera will reach out... that's scam warning, remove. - For More Information BBB announcement... remove. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements? Actually "Qualifications" and "Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities" could be separate: Qualifications (education, experience) and Skills (KSAs). Could combine but better separate. We have "Requirements" maybe same as Qualifications? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Requirements and Qualifications separate if content distinct. But we have Qualifications bullet list (education, experience). Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities bullet list could be Skills. Requirements maybe not present separate; we could omit Requirements heading if no specific content. But we could treat Qualifications as Requirements? However they listed both Qualifications and Skills as separate headings. We'll include Qualifications and Skills. Pay: we have OTE description and range. Benefits: we have Competitive Benefits etc. Schedule: not present, so omit. We need to preserve all substantive information. Ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:
Territory: Austin North
About the role

Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire. Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements.
Maybe also include OUR OPPORTUNITY description? Could be part of About the role but it's more about company. Could add another paragraph after that. But we should not invent headings. Could add a paragraph about Natera under About the role? Might be okay. Better to keep About the role as description of role; OUR OPPORTUNITY could be separate section? Not in list of headings; but we could incorporate into About the role as extra paragraph. Let's add a paragraph after the role description: "Natera™ is a global leader in cell-free DNA (cfDNA) testing, dedicated to oncology, women’s health, and organ health. Our aim is to make personalized genetic testing and diagnostics part of the standard of care to protect health and enable earlier and more targeted interventions that lead to longer, healthier lives. When you join Natera, you’ll work hard and grow quickly. Working alongside the elite of the industry, you’ll be stretched and challenged, and take pride in being part of a company that is changing the landscape of genetic disease management." That's substantive. Now Responsibilities: list bullet points from Primary Responsibilities. We need to capture each bullet: - Increasing revenue and driving market development through direct sales to individual MFMs, Ob/Gyns and Genetic Counselors. - Sales efforts include effective prospecting, cultivating and maintaining key relationships. - Creating and implementing a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly in your geography. - Sales efforts will focus on currently marketed products and new product launches. - Will play a critical role in the success of the organization. Beyond OTE, the compensation also features a car allowance and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE, which are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. We'll put that in
maybe multiple paragraphs. Benefits: "Competitive Benefits - Employee benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life and disability plans for eligible employees and their dependents. . We must not include boilerplate EEO etc. Now produce HTML. Let's ensure no extra whitespace issues. We'll output:
