About the Role

As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, you will deliver care and support to patients in our flagship virtual cardiac rehab program. You’ll play a defining role in the success of groundbreaking clinical studies we’re conducting with world-leading health systems in Pennsylvania and New York. Responsibilities

• Evaluate prescriptions and treat cardiac rehab patients according to our clinical protocols.
• Deliver high-quality care for patients in our cardiac rehab program and clinical studies.
• Wear many hats: design patients’ exercise programming, respond to technical issues, and more.
• Work directly with founders to innovate and improve our cutting-edge digital care delivery model.
• Empower patients to take ownership of their rehabilitation through support and accountability.
• Collaborate with our technology team to ensure a smooth experience for patients and clients.
• Do whatever it takes to create an engaging rehab experience for our patients.

Estimated workload: 30-40 hours per week, ongoing.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant clinical experience as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist at an in-person Cardiopulmonary Rehab Facility.
• Strong proficiency with mobile technology, including guiding patients through digital health programs and troubleshooting wearables/tablets.
• Great interpersonal skills to foster a caring environment for patients.
• Diligence and organization to create and adhere to repeatable processes.
• Ability to perform with little direction in a high-growth, early-stage startup (self-driven).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology; Master's Degree preferred.
• ACSM-CEP certification preferred.
