About the Role

You’ve built your technical foundation—now step into leadership where you guide the work, the team, and the outcomes that hospitals rely on.

• Run the day-to-day: align staffing, priorities, and resources so service never slips.
• Lead a team that delivers: coach technicians, guide performance, and build accountability.
• Turn insight into action: use KPIs and data to fix inefficiencies and improve operations.
• Be the partner hospitals trust: solve problems, manage vendors, and ensure readiness for every inspection.

Requirements

• 3+ years working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment (required).
• Leadership or team guidance experience (preferred).
• Associate degree or equivalent experience (required); technical/electronics focus preferred; bachelor’s a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory agencies (TJC, CAP, DNV) and operational performance metrics.
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred.
