Clinical Educator

Role: RN Clinical Educator Responsibilities Design, deliver, and evaluate clinical education programs to enhance patient care.Assess staff learning needs and develop evidence-based curricula.Lead orientation, competency validation, and ongoing training for nursing and clinical teams.Collaborate with leadership to support quality, safety, and regulatory standards.Coach staff at the point of care to ensure best practices.Utilize outcomes data to refine educational programs and improve clinical performance.
