The Mercy Nurse Educator/Clinical Instructor serves a dual role in nursing student education and caregiver development. This position functions as the primary liaison between Mercy and affiliated nursing programs, coordinating student clinical experiences, and preceptor assignments. This role also supports the onboarding and development of Mercy caregivers through orientation and required hospital training.
