Clinical Educator
About the role
The Clinical Educator will conduct highly specialized training on the technical use of products for physicians, nurses, medical personnel and other staff in a clinical or surgical environment. The role involves installing, training, and educating end users on newly purchased urodynamic equipment and supporting products, ensuring compliance with ICS and Laborie standards. They will also provide ongoing customer support and training, proactively address needs, and ensure comfort with equipment usage. Collaboration with sales and service teams to identify new opportunities through educational events and delivering advanced presentations to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders is expected.
Responsibilities
- Install, train, and educate end users on newly purchased urodynamic equipment and supporting products, ensuring compliance with ICS and Laborie standards.
- Provide ongoing customer support and training, proactively addressing needs and ensuring comfort with equipment usage.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to identify new opportunities through educational events and deliver advanced presentations to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site visits and customer interactions in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in the health care field.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (clinical education experience in the hospital, clinic, or medical device setting preferred).
- Background in nursing, midwifery, or urology preferred.
