Clinical Educator

About the role

Inizio Engage is seeking a Clinical Educator to support patients enrolled in a Biogen program. The role involves delivering educational support, providing resources to Healthcare Professionals, and maintaining professional registration and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational support to enrolled patients on the injection technique of approved Disease Modifying Therapies and support services.
• Use only Inizio Engage/Client approved materials and maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required.
• Attend and complete required Inizio Engage training courses and competency assessments.
• Complete required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws.
• Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences to stay updated on developments and exchange knowledge.
• Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions.
• Comply with all Inizio Engage policies and procedures, along with client policies.
• Be contactable during working hours to answer queries and perform duties.
• Possess a full, valid United States driver’s license at all times and notify Inizio Engage of any offenses or accumulation of penalty points.

Requirements

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current state license.
• Associate/Bachelor's/BSN or equivalent work-related experience.
• 2 years’ experience working in disease state preferred but not essential.
• Clinical educator experience within the pharmaceutical industry advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent professional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to present to various groups including physicians, nurses, and other office staff.
• Self-starter with high personal motivation.
• Demonstrate organizational skills and/or have previous territory management experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed within designated territory, attend regional/national meetings, and assist with coverage needs where able.

Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $85K – $157K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
