Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive education programs for clinical staff
- Plan orientation and ongoing training initiatives
- Assess staff competencies and support evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to identify learning needs
- Develop curricula tailored to clinical staff requirements
- Coach and mentor staff at the bedside to promote safe, high-quality patient care
