Clinical Education Operations Supervisor
Job Summary
The Clinical Education Operations Supervisor is responsible for organizing, directing, and implementing an infrastructure for a systems approach to the division Clinical Education Service Line. The role involves performing various management functions, such as data entry, routine database maintenance, and standard report generation, verification, and distribution. Additionally, the supervisor supports activities related to classroom coordination, registration oversight, documentation of participation, scheduling, and procurement of teaching materials. The role also includes serving as the HealthStream and American Heart Association Training Center administrator.
Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Education, Business, or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, education, business, or finance.
What You Will Do
Serves as the HealthStream administrator for the division, including building e-learning classes, maintaining student groups, entering data, and providing reports as needed.
Supports the clinical education team by providing timely, accurate, and professional support.
Utilizes computers, computer systems, and audio/visual equipment effectively.
Demonstrates familiarity with medical terminology.
