Clinical Education Coordinator

Role: The Clinical Education Coordinator manages unit-based clinical learning and training for imaging residents, ensuring adherence to guidelines and effective education within Imaging Services. Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee education activities for imaging residents in their modality.Partner with the Manager of Imaging Clinical Education to recruit, train, and coach residents.Monitor, report, and evaluate the effectiveness of unit-based training activities.Ensure compliance with established roles and educational standards. Qualifications Graduation from an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology, Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or Nuclear Medicine program (required).Bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum of 3 years' experience as an imaging technologist in CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Interventional Radiology, or Mammography (required).Previous educator, lead, or supervisory experience preferred.Certifications: ARRT (with advanced certification), ARDMS, NMTCB, and BCLS (all upon hire, required).
