Clinical Documentation Integrity Supervisor - Full-Time

Role Overview: The Supervisor of Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) provides first-line leadership to the CDI team under the supervision of the CDI Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and support the CDI team to ensure effective clinical documentation improvement.Participate in planning, development, and implementation of the Clinical Documentation Management Program.Support departmental goals to achieve clinical and operational excellence.Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and advanced CDI knowledge. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred.Minimum of five years of CDI experience and involvement in quality improvement projects.Valid RN license in the state or equivalent international license; certifications such as CCDS or CDIP preferred.Experience in training is advantageous. Key Duties: Oversee CDI team operations, contribute to program development, and support departmental success in documentation improvement efforts.
