Responsibilities
- Assist in the overall organization and operation of the program in collaboration with the program’s administrative team.
- Assess new referrals and oversee the intake and discharge process/planning. Arrange or conduct testing and evaluations as needed.
- Work closely with the Program Director regarding clinical issues.
- Oversee the development and integration of the program’s Behavior Modification System, and assist in crisis management.
- Oversee, monitor, facilitate and provide feedback on effectiveness of daily groups.
- Aid in hiring and training of program clinical staff providing on-going and routine supervision to clinical staff.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in the Healing Arts.
- Independent Clinical License (LMHC, LICSW).
- At least 3 years experience with the population.
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license.
Pay
Annual Salary: $85,000 USD - $85,000 USD

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
