Clinical Director In Training
About the Role
The Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) will work closely with experienced leaders to learn all aspects of clinical operations within assisted living. This role is designed to develop future Clinical Directors by providing exposure to resident care management, regulatory compliance, leadership development, team building, and community operations. The CDIT will assist with daily clinical functions while completing the training and development necessary to transition into a Clinical Director position.

Requirements
- Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
- Current certifications and licensure required by state regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or healthcare.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Passion for serving seniors and creating meaningful resident experiences.
