About the role
The Clinical Director in Training (“CDIT”) program provides extensive training and hands-on experience to prepare you for operating and driving results at one of our affiliated assisted-living communities as a Clinical Director. You will become familiar with assisted-living standards of practice, achieve proficiency across all community departments, and assist in overall community operations while completing required certification or licensure hours.

Requirements
- Current unencumbered LVN/LPN/RN nursing license for your state of operation
- Current license/certification as required by regulatory bodies governing the community
- Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living or healthcare
- Prior supervisory experience in a healthcare environment (strongly preferred)
