Clinical Director | Home Health

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Atrio Home Health’s clinical services, ensuring exceptional patient care and efficient operations.
• Lead and support a clinical leadership team of five managers and one supervisor, fostering engagement, accountability, and professional growth.
• Serve as a resource for clinicians, addressing complex patient concerns and supporting service recovery efforts, including client complaints.
• Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary teams on CHAP readiness, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee staff onboarding, education, competency validation, and performance management.
• Manage operational performance, staffing, and fiscal goals to ensure organizational success.
• Build strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, patients, and families to support growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health care-related degree
• Home healthcare experience including supervisory responsibilities demonstrating innovative leadership is preferred
• Five or more years of healthcare management experience is required
• Demonstrated success in meeting goals and progressive management experience in a fast-paced, results-driven organization
• Experience in project and system implementation and management, data and financial analysis, and quality improvement
• Self-confident, visionary servant leadership
