Clinical Director - CADC or LCAS

About the role

Banyan Treatment Centers is expanding its services to Mooresville, NC, and is seeking a Clinical Director to lead their new facility. The Clinical Director will lead and develop the clinical team, oversee daily operations and utilization, and partner with executive leadership to drive excellence in care and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Take clinical ownership of a 20-bed facility
• Build and develop high-performing teams across two active programs
• Establish the standard for excellence, accountability, and compassionate care
• Contribute to strategic direction in partnership with Executive and Senior Leadership
• Work within a network of Clinical Directors and senior clinical leadership invested in your success

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human services field
• Active, unrestricted clinical license CADC in the applicable state, required; LCAS, preferred
• 5–7 years of progressive clinical experience in substance use and/or mental health treatment
• Minimum of 3 years of formal management experience required, including staff supervision and program oversight
• Demonstrated experience ensuring regulatory compliance and clinical quality
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
