What You’ll Do

As the Clinical Director, you will hold the keys to all clinical operations, driving program innovation and mentoring our local practitioner team. Provide clinical vision, leadership, and operational oversight for the Augusta facility.
Supervise, mentor, and hands-on develop your oncoming team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
Oversee intakes, assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.), treatment plan designs, and clinical documentation quality.
Ensure absolute compliance with BACB, ethical, and healthcare payer regulatory standards.
Partner closely with local families to ensure deep caregiver collaboration and stellar outcomes.
Collaborate directly with executive leadership on clinic health, growth strategy, and localized training initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Required: Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
Master’s or Doctoral degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field.
4+ years of clinical ABA experience, with a proven track record of supervising teams or leading clinical operations.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and culture-building skills.

Preferred: Ph.D./Psy.D. or BCBA-D designation.
Direct experience with clinical program development or clinic startup environments.
