About the role

The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations within the Atlanta office, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and providing leadership to the clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations including patient care, staff management, and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement training programs for the clinical team.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall patient care outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to the clinical staff.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership role.
• A medical degree and current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Georgia.
• Experience in managing a clinical team and supervising staff.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Experience with clinical documentation and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of HIPAA and other healthcare privacy laws.
