About the role

As Clinical Director, you will ensure the seamless operation of our multi-specialty surgical facility. Your leadership will drive the successful execution of surgical procedures and collaboration with our dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art center. This position requires weekdays only—no holidays, weekends, or call.

Responsibilities

• Oversee perioperative areas including Pre-Op, Post-Op, and Circulating
• Provide clinical supervision and program management
• Manage budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations (e.g., ISO)
• Resolve operational issues and conflicts

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Clear and active nursing license for the state of Missouri
• Proven experience as a clinical director or other managerial position
• Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
• Excellent communication, people, and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving aptitude
