This role welcomes new graduates who have completed a dietetic internship and passed or are eligible for the RD exam; mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on experience are provided to build a clinical career. Experienced clinicians will find a supportive environment with interdisciplinary partnership across physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and therapists.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with evenings and weekends free to enjoy the Flathead Valley and proximity to Glacier National Park.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth nutrition assessments, develop tailored nutrition plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other clinicians to ensure holistic care.
• Provide clear, compassionate nutrition education to patients, families, and staff.
• Stay current with the latest research and nutrition science to support professional development.
• Contribute to a positive team culture grounded in integrity, compassion, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credentials (CDR-accredited).
• Montana Licensure as a Nutritionist (required).
• Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a passion for helping others.

Pay

Starting wage: $30.50–$42.75 per hour, depending on experience. Dietitians with approved certifications may qualify for a higher starting wage based on experience and credentials.

Schedule

Day shift, 8 hours per day. Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Weekends off. Typical shift hours are 8:30 am–5:00 pm. Schedules are set to meet position requirements and organizational needs and may be adjusted as needed.
