Responsibilities
- Provides appropriate patient nutritional care.
- Assesses the nutritional status of patients, formulates a care plan, coordinates its implementation, and evaluates its impact and effectiveness.
- Provides nutrition education to patients and families.
- Approves supplements as appropriate and assists in the development of a hospital formulary suitable for the patient population.
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian required (CMS requirement).
- One year of healthcare experience desirable.
Schedule
Per Diem, variable shift.
