Role: As-needed Registered Dietitian supporting nutrition services in senior living and healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities: Complete nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.Collaborate with nursing and culinary teams to deliver resident-centered, therapeutic menus.Provide nutrition counseling to patients/residents and support wellness goals.Support menu development aligned with physician orders and diet standards.Ensure regulatory and clinical documentation compliance.Promote a hospitality-focused culture centered on food quality and exceptional dining experience. Qualifications & Skills: Registered Dietitian credentials.Strong clinical nutrition assessment and care planning skills.Ability to translate diet orders into therapeutic, practical menus.Excellent communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff.Thorough understanding of documentation and compliance requirements.
