Clinical Dietitian

Responsibilities

Provides appropriate patient nutritional care.

Assesses the nutritional status of patients, formulates a care plan, coordinates its implementation, and evaluates its impact and effectiveness.

Provides nutrition education to patients/families.

Approves supplements as appropriate and assists in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Required (CMS requirement)
• One year healthcare experience desirable

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $56,614.40 to $84,884.80.
